I take care to share memorable insights, changing how teams think and talk about users in a way that’s organic and becomes their own. I believe recommendations should be actionable, which often means spending time to understand the product and technology. In my free time, I nerd out on reading research related to whatever hobby, life stage, or current event I’m curious about. I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, hosting friends for dinner, reading The New Yorker, and practicing yoga.
