about me

I’m a people and products researcher with ~12 years of experience based in Seattle.

I have a passion for answering complex questions. I enjoy using frameworks and visual storytelling to break down information into digestible and memorable chunks. I take care to share memorable insights, changing how teams think and talk about users in a way that’s organic and becomes their own. I believe recommendations should be actionable, which often means spending time to understand the product and technology. Through this all, my goal is singular: to improve products and services for people who use them.

In my free time, I nerd out on reading research related to whatever hobby, life stage, or current event I’m curious about. I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, hosting friends for dinner, reading The New Yorker, and practicing yoga.
